RentCritic lets current and former tenants review rental homes in Pinellas County, Florida. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Review only homes you lived in under a lease. You must upload proof of tenancy; reviews stay pending until verified.
Reviews describe the home (condition, pests, plumbing/HVAC, noise, safety, value). Do not name or describe landlords, owners, property managers, neighbors or any other person.
Be truthful. No defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or false content, and no personal contact information.
You keep ownership of your review and grant RentCritic a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, edit for policy compliance, and distribute it.
We may reject or remove any review, and we never accept payment to remove or alter genuine reviews.
